Central Council of Jews in Germany
The Central Council of Jews in Germany (Zentralrat der Juden in Deutschland) was founded in 1950. It is the biggest umbrella organization of the Jewish communities and regional associations in Germany, and at the same time the political representative of the Jewish community as a whole.
